FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q I’m not sure what colour I would like yet. Can I still book your services? A Yes, you can still book. There is a limit on the amount of weddings we will take on in a day, because of this dates do fill up fast.
Q How soon do I need to pick the colour? A The colour needs to be selected 4 weeks prior to the wedding, even though we have over 300 colours to choose from occasionally two couples pick the same colour. Four weeks will ensure enough time to order more stock.
Q When will the chair covers be fitted? A We would deliver and fit the chair covers at the hotels discretion, this maybe days before the wedding or on the morning of the wedding.
Q When will the chair covers be collected? A The chair covers will be collected the morning after the event.
Q Do you take the covers of after the dinner? A No our chair covers will stay on all day, they are normally collected the next morning.
Q I don’t know exactly how many chair covers I’m going to need. Can I still book your services? A When booking the chair covers you can base the booking on approximate numbers, one week prior to the wedding we will contact you for the final numbers. At this stage the final payment will be due, therefore you only pay for what is need on the day.
Q How do I book your services? A 25% non refundable deposit is required to hold the date.
Q Which methods of payments do you accept? A We accept cash, cheques, postal orders and bankers drafts. (Cheques and Bankers Drafts Payable 'Completely Covered')
A We will contact the hotel/venue to make the arrangements for the chair covers to be delivered, fitted and collected.
Q Do you have a minimum size for orders? A No, we have provided chair covers for all sizes of weddings & special events, from small and intimate get-togethers in the privacy of your home, to weddings, engagement parties, civil partnerships, corporate events, gala balls and dinner dances.
